We always stay at the HGI; however, there were limited number of outside seating at thisone. Other than that, things were great!

My only concern - the ladies did an excellent job in cleaning the room - BUT- I tried to communicate with them and they could not speak English….

5th floor room was very noisy from rumbling mechanical sounds all night.

A heated pool was advertised, but closed. Otherwise we had an excellent stay. Will definitely be returning!

Excellent property close to ballpark, shopping and dining

The staff at this hotel is awesome and very friendly. Breakfast is not included but they have a breakfast buffet for 13$, which includes beverages, which is about how much you would pay going out. Coffee was nice and strong! Shopping very close by, it’s walkable. There was no shuttle driver but they call you a Lyft if there’s no driver. Just be prepared to wait about 10-15 minutes. Don’t be in a hurry to get anywhere, just plan ahead. Rooms were nice and spacious. Dinner at restaurant was delicious and not crazy over priced, we had the chicken Alfredo. Pool is outdoors and not heated, just fyi. Overall great stay! Clean hotel. Awesome staff!
