The staffs are really friendly and helpful

Always a mainstay every time I go to Jogja, easy to access & strategic location. The facilities are very good, and the room size is large. The best thing is the presence of a refrigerator & electric kettle in the room. Very satisfied staying at MIC Residence, keep improving the service 👍🏻

Good but the room is in limited area

The hotel is small but the atmosphere is homey, very comfortable, the hotel staff is also very friendly and helpful, access to the city is also not far, and because the area is in the UGM complex, it is not too crowded and noisy, around the hotel there are also many places to eat and convenience stores so don't worry if there is something you want to buy.

The room smells of cigarettes, the air is stuffy, the pillow cases are dull, I asked for a replacement but there wasn't one.

The location is very strategic, close to Sardjito Hospital and UGM Faculty of Medicine. However, the atmosphere is not like a typical inn, more like a dormitory, especially on the 6th floor. Many trash bins are placed outside the room so the hallway does not look clean. Many other residents' voices can also be heard. The cleanliness of the room when checking in is also not clean. I found dust and the refrigerator water was not cleaned. Hopefully it can be better

Stayed here because I was undergoing treatment at Sardjito Hospital. The location is next to the hospital, the rooms are also comfortable.

It's easy to get to UGM, just cross the street, let alone the mosque.

Highly recommended place to stay. The room is clean, comfy, AC is cool, hotel area always clean and smells good, staff are friendly, inside UGM area.

Previously stayed for 1 week in a nice traveler room. Stayed again in a superior room hoping it would be comfortable. Got a room with AC that wasn't cold at all, when I checked in there was a lot of dust on the floor as if it wasn't prepared. The bathroom was flooded. Got a room near the staff room. Smell of cigarettes when I went out. Please improve the facilities. Nice place but housekeeping is lacking.

Very suitable for those who have medical needs at Dr. Sardjito General Hospital or to visit children studying at UGM
