Honestly, this is the first time I've stayed at Reddors. When I was taking a shower and using soap, the water turned off. It really turned off to the point where the water I used for the toilet didn't come out. I had to use a towel to get out and it was still covered in soap. I had reported it but when I checked out the water still hadn't turned on. It was really bad, I swear... I was forced to wash off the soap at the gas station.

Pelayanan buruk, petugasnya tidak ramah, kamar kotor, tempat tidur tidak layak, sprei sepertii tidak pernah diganti, kamar mandi bau pesing, AC tidak dingin sama sekali padahal sudah di nyalakan 30 menit. Mau refund tidak bisa, di persulit petugasnya, aplikasi tidak bisa proses refund. Kecewa tidak puas dengan pelayanan dan fasilitas.
