It's just right to book a room here, the place is okay

Got a room without AC, asked to change and was told there was none. When I blurted out that I would give a bad rating if this was the case, I was immediately told that I could move to a room with AC. The room was indeed the same as the one in the photo.

Yes, it's okay, but for the facilities, please pay more attention to cleanliness, especially the blankets and bathrooms.

The condition of the room is not well maintained, the sink faucet is broken, when complaining to the officer, all the rooms here have a broken sink 😔, the sheets are stained with oil, when asked to change the sheets the officer refused, the spring bed has collapsed (not suitable for use), the walls are cracked + there is water seepage and water on the floor. This place is highly not recommended. The title is a hotel but the quality of the rooms is like a cheap boarding house.

The staff is friendly and agile, only towels are provided. I don't know whether they are provided or not. But there is no soap/shampoo here, you have to bring your own toiletries and storage. Because there is no storage in the toilet either. 😊🙏.

The location is right on the corner of the highway, exiting the hotel turn right towards Bandung, it is dangerous because of the sharp bend and also next to the hotel is a cemetery. The AC is hot, only given 2 towels (no soap and drinking water) does not match the description. The mattress is damp and there are many stains on the sheets. Check in at 18.30 and immediately check out 2 hours later. Very uncomfortable.
