I checked in at night, the service was very good, the room was updated for free✌️, all the staff were very friendly, my charger was broken and I had to use the charger at the receptionist 3 times. It was very inconvenient but the receptionist didn't mind and was very friendly.

All the staff were very friendly, especially the receptionist named Shoaib, who gave me an all-female room, just what I wanted. Thank you, I'd love to stay here again sometime.

Yes, the room is small but the price of RM 90 is not reasonable. There are no towels, you have to rent RM 10 per night. The sheets have yellow stains and smell musty, maybe because there is no window. It's ok for 1 night.

If you're looking for a comfy place to sleep only and standard facilities, you can choose this hotel. Please keep in mind that this hotel is suitable for travelers, don't expect a fancy room.

The receptionist staff is not friendly, there is no manners, this hotel concept is to imitate Indonesia, many angklung are hung up, what is the purpose? It turns out that the workers/craftsmen are taken from Madura. I wanted to change the room with the same price but was not served with the reason that the price was different. So think twice about staying again. Not recommended.

Everything here is OK for the assessment. Only the bathroom has no clothes hanger. So you have to be smart in placing it. Because the bathroom is very narrow. The female owner is not very friendly. Maybe because she is a foreigner. A bit arrogant. People thought she was a Mao when they saw her. But for the hotel facilities, it's okay. Even though it's an old-school hotel.

My first time here and I do enjoy my stay. Great location. Close to Imbi station. Walking distance (1 minute approximately) to Berjaya Time Square where you can get all your needs. 10/10 is for the Bestow Boutique Hotel. Impressive service. See you next visit.

The check in process is easy. The staff was very friendly and wanted to take my bag to the room. The room is very clean. The bathroom is clean. Comfortable, the location is right behind Time Berjaya Square. If you want to go to Bukit Bintang, just cross the crossing and walk for 5 minutes to arrive. There is also a jacuzzi but I didn't have time to try it because I only stayed for 1 night. Basically, if you want to be a solo backpacker on a cheap budget, come here. Highly recommended.
