If you extend your stay, you shouldn't have to move rooms. This time, you had to move because the extension was different from the one you booked at the beginning, even though the one I chose was the same, there was no difference, so you could pack your belongings if you moved rooms... The CS didn't give the right explanation, it was like they were just indifferent to the guests.

Very disappointing and I don't want to stay at this hotel again. Please the hotel owner or the hotel management. How come I stayed here one night there was a small stain on the bed sheet (maybe a food stain) was told to replace 100 thousand so my deposit when checking out was not returned even though the stain was shown by the little receptionist. Please evaluate that the receptionist is a woman. If necessary, take action against people like that who do not make hotel guests comfortable. That's all

With the price, that’s okay. But, please pay attention to the cleanliness of the trash, furniture and bed sheets in the room, the cleanliness of the room floor and the small shower water hinders when taking a shower.
