Check-in time at the specified time is 14.00 but the room is not yet available/not prepared until 17.00 the room is ready. The following is for the cleanliness of the bathroom in the room occupied there are small animals, one of which is a centipede (millipede).

The hotel staff is very friendly and the hotel is cool with beautiful views and a large swimming pool accompanied by a very cool and beautiful garden.

Even though I only stayed for one night, I was very satisfied with the beauty of the hotel and the service was also good and the staff were friendly ☺️

It's quite good but there's no lift, I carried my 2 pieces of luggage to the 2nd floor yesterday, it was really tiring The hotel staff helped me lift the 1 piece of luggage but it's still the same😌

we were given a corner room and the toilet was broken. please if the toilet is broken, don't rent the room. the rest is good.

Kids love it because the pool is big.

The first night I stayed, I requested a room on the upper floor but got a room on the lower floor. And for a room in the 1 million price range, it should smell a calming fragrance for resting, not a musty room smell 😭

The room is okay, the facilities are great. If possible, the night swimming hours can be extended because usually after Isha prayer we go swimming if it closes at 9 pm it's too early. Thanks

when booking a room since noon it was written king bed, when checking in it was informed that the requested room was not ready, only twin. even though the check in was at 11 pm but the reservation had not been prepared for the room so it was quite a long wait. the lobby area has many flying animals and is very disturbing.

in all respects it is very good. but putting new employees in conditions of overflowing guests is highly not recommended...
