The room was clean, but not soundproof. One night at 3 a.m., I woke up to someone revving a motorcycle in front of the hotel, drag racing. The sounds of people laughing, talking, and revving were very audible. It lasted for about 30 minutes. I called the receptionist to ask for help in reprimanding the drag racers, but they told me it was just a passing motorcycle. My room faced the street, and I saw a group of people drag racing back and forth in front of the hotel. Next time, please help out and reprimand the drag racers; they're really disturbing your rest at 3 a.m.

For some reason, I prefer room 117 over the one above. My favorite room is its cleanliness, unlike the others.

The room has no shoe limit so the floor looks the same everywhere, there should be a clear limit so that previous visitors don't walk in with shoes again so there is a sacred boundary, and if you don't wear sandals in the room, the soles of your feet will become dark or dirty because there is no boundary. Then for breakfast there is not much variety, only fried rice, rice noodles, and fruit, and even then there are not many choices. If you just want to sleep, it's still worth it, so it's better to take a room without breakfast.

I stay here often. Usually the bathroom is clean, but this time it wasn't. Hopefully, it will improve in the future.

For a property that's still relatively new, it should be well-maintained. However, the bathroom was dirty, as if it had never been cleaned. It's such a shame.

For transit it is very good, the facilities are quite good

room was clean and nearby there's a food court in front of this hotel ,we just stay a night but it's ok ,Aircon and bathroom are good,bed is so so but overall all is ok we asked for nonsmoking room and we got the room we want not like the other reviews that say this hotel only have smoking room it's not true

Strategic location, close to SNL Food Tanjung Uma and Harbor Bay. Upgrading to a deluxe room costs an additional 50,000 Rupiah and a 100,000 Rupiah deposit. The room was clean enough, but upon returning at night, the smell of cigarettes was very strong, even though I had requested a non-smoking room. Overall, it was quite good.
