This is my umpteenth time at this hotel, I won't give a long review like the previous one. The main thing is related to Hospitality Service, here it is still as good. The FO team from Security, Concierge, FO are all good and friendly to help. Likewise, the FB team is also good and only attention, amenities set up and food presentation when ordering a la carte need to be improved. And it's a shame that the breakfast restaurant had to move downstairs and honestly it's not that far from being decent and comfortable. Likewise, the buffet selection is limited with a declining presentation in my opinion, it's true that when I stayed occupancy was low, but that doesn't mean the quality is also low, right? Not to mention the set up has also decreased from the previous one on the upper floor near the rooftop. Especially for the elderly, and less friendly to children. As for the room, it is considered better than before, especially the bathroom which is fresher and well-arranged. Yes, hopefully the next time it can be better and I still recommend this hotel in Dieng, because previously I tried staying in a villa/cabin in the Dieng area and it turned out the real thing was not as good as the photos. It's better to just take the ones that are certain so that our vacation or other needs aren't disrupted. Thank you.
