There is a living room in this hotel. Staff very helpful and kind but not the intern. The intern should learn excellent service.

good friendly spacious room just please give soap or shampoo and try not to use too much carbolic acid when mopping the floor if there is too much or no water then it will stick when it comes into contact with water and please provide a mat so that the floor is always clean and dry

Mrs. Haji. Fix the hotel. 1. The bathroom smells. 2. The toilet is never taken care of. 3. The bathroom has no exhaust. Taking a shower with warm water makes it hard to breathe because it's full of steam. 4. The bathroom cleaning tools are placed in the bathroom. 5. The bathroom floor has a dark motif so it looks even shabbier.
