The room is clean, just the service is a bit rude.

Clean rooms, strategic location close to food.

The good thing about a guesthouse is that it has a lift, but the last time I stayed there it happened to be broken. I have stayed here many times, it is nice, comfortable, and the staff are also friendly.

The room was a bit small and there was an unpleasant smell from the bathroom. But the staff was quick to respond to remove the smell. The sheets and bed cover were a bit dirty.

Uno Reddorz Merak is strategically located in the middle of Samarinda city. It's just that the parking lot is still lacking. Luckily the security is ready to help park the car

Strategic location. Hotel staff is responsive even though check-in is at 1 am. Clean room. Water heater is ok. Free Netflix. Unfortunately, you can't add cards, if you stay with two people it's a bit troublesome because you have to tap the card to go up the elevator. Parking is also limited if we bring a car.
