Nice hotel to stay and hangout

I don't like the dirt, the place is shabby

Hopefully the bed is cleaner, the sheets don't smell, and the bathroom too.

very comfortable... the AC is cold... the bathroom has hot water... the smart lock is cool... the staff is very friendly... awesome

The bathroom water is always hot, even though I moved it left and right, there was no cold water. The room key uses a card, but it keeps giving errors, so the staff always helps me to open the door.

This is a weekly stopover, all the staff are friendly. The rooms are clean, most importantly there is a smoking area.

Here for the 2nd time, this time got a room that was not as neat as the first stay. The window could not be locked so it was slightly open. In the bathroom found cigarette wrapper trash, the water from the sink tap came out very small and the sink was also not cleaned. The rest is all good, both from the friendliness of the staff and the quiet hotel atmosphere so it is comfortable to rest.

It is quite helpful if you have any needs around Karawaci, easy access, entering the housing complex but easy, very close to the hospital, the water heater works well, there is a small minimarket downstairs. A little room for improvement on the bed sheet, there are quite a lot of stains, please pay attention

The hotel is comfortable for transit, even though it is cheap, it is not cheap, it is really great, please continue to improve and maintain it so that it is always clean.

the place is nice & clean, inside there is a mini market & you can sit on the terrace, the staff are friendly, whatever you ask for is always fast, the only pity is the TV cable, why can't you use other channels? stayed for 5 days, the TV channels are only those, I want to change to another channel but I can't, please pay attention & fix it, your AC is very cold (good) and it seems like the bathroom accessories need to be replaced (shower, sink faucet, water pipe, toilet / closet button because they are rusty) thanks

arrived at half past 11 because I was from out of town.. couldn't check in yet. was told to wait until 12. after 12, there was no initiative from the frontliner to call. had to be asked first. even though from the set time gap of 11 to 12 there were already more than 10 people checking out, but when I arrived at 12 past that time there was an initiative to clean the rooms of the people checking out. waited again. even though the housekeeping and frontliner had only been using cellphones.. the bathroom couldn't be closed, the flush in the toilet was problematic. it was very difficult to defecate. worked hard to defecate. sometimes it took 2 hours for the flush to turn off by itself. lots of MOSQUITOES. 2 days there, threw out the trash myself, looked for my own broom. The TV only had 4 channels, all news. sometimes there were no channels at all. the screen was just blue
