Comfortable place, good service, good facilities

The hotel is currently being renovated/renovated, hopefully it will be more crowded, the service and cleanliness will be good.

comfortable, clean accommodation. Cold AC. Close to the city. Around the accommodation there are many delicious culinary places. Access to the Cipali toll road is also close. Safe parking. and it turns out that in front of it there is a photo studio. and a photo printing service provider too. Awesome. so you can also have a photo studio with your family.

There was no receptionist..I was stranded in the hotel lobby for 2 hours..until I ended up not staying..and strangely I couldn't get a refund...very bad..bad and bad

Asked for a lower floor but was given an upper floor, very disappointed, the service was lacking. The bathroom was not clean and there was no hot water.

Pelayanan cukup baik, ada fasilitas bisa buat kopi, masak mie dan lain-lain.

Pelayanan sangat memuaskan, kamar bersih, alat mandi dan air minum pun dikasih lebih karena kami menginap bersama anak anak. Tempat tidak begitu jauh dari pintu tol.
