Good. Staff is cheerful and enthusiastic.

The hotel is very good and quite reasonable for the price, everyone who comes to Da Lat to play, I think they should stay here, it's close to the center and quite convenient to travel, that day I arrived early and the hotel supported early check-in and didn't charge a fee, 10 VND for this delicacy. The receptionists here are very cute and enthusiastic, especially this guy named Phong is extremely cute, he even lent me his camera and edited the photos for us😘 If I have the opportunity to return to Da Lat again, I will visit here again

The room is not like the picture, the entrance to the hotel is dark. Flooded. Completely different from what you should consider when booking. Dark and moldy.

The hotel does not have air conditioning. The location is quite close to the center, convenient for traveling.

The room price is cheap but I think if you care about your travel experience, you should not book here, the soundproofing is very poor, at 11pm and 12am you can still hear very loud talking, the same every day, old room.
