The staff is friendly, it's great

Clean rooms, friendly service.

The receptionist was friendly, but the facilities were lacking. There was no hot water kettle in the room, so you had to go to the front desk. Breakfast was ordered the day before, and it was cold when served, making it less appetizing. The food wasn't buffet-style, only drinks and fruit were. Hopefully, this will improve in the future.

My go-to hotel every time I visit Purwokerto. It's affordable, the rooms are clean, small but comfortable. The staff is helpful and friendly. Breakfast is also free. The hotel has both indoor and outdoor bathrooms, and so far, I've found it to be really good. I always stay here when I visit Purwokerto because it's close to everything.

Friendly hotel staff and strategic location

The staff is friendly and communicative, the breakfast is quite tasty and varied, the security is responsible, so you feel safe staying there because the vehicles are tidy and monitored 24 hours a day, and the price and room facilities are appropriate. I will repeat my order here next time I visit PWT. Thank you, good.

Comfortable, clean, economical yet classy hotel. Facilities: price, comfort, cleanliness, breakfast, parking, ATM, hotel service, life, wife, environment, cafe are all ok. If you want to find something that fits your pocket, Hotel Viena is definitely it.

The best hotel I've ever found in Purwokerto. Next time I go there, I'll book at Viena again.

It's narrow, there's no toothbrush, and only a little water comes out.

Affordable price, strategic location near the city center, no smoking room at all, there is a separate smoking room in front of the security guard.

Clean, cold AC, comfortable for resting. Unfortunately not kid-friendly because there is no garden (but worth the price).
