very dirty, lots of cockroaches, even scorpions

Advantages: The ground floor so no need to go up and down, cheap price, very strategic location, in front of SMAN 3 Jakarta, There are stalls on the right and left so you won't be hungry, Right in front of the mosque, so it's in the same location as the circle (but not open 24 hours) so if you need something it's easy, there's an Alfamidi nearby too, so it's in the same location as the laundry, cold AC, Smooth shower but don't know if it's hot or not because I only showered for 3 minutes before the baby started crying 😂, Queen size bed so it's quite spacious, There's a cupboard to put things, there's a table and chairs in front of the bathroom but it's very narrow, there's a TV that already uses STB. Disadvantages: This is originally a boarding house for men. The 2nd and 3rd floors are for men. Only the 1st floor is rented out freely via the app. So there are couples and families who also stay here, The bathroom floor and walls are a bit dirty, The room size is only 7 m² so you can't pray in the room. If you pray in your room you have to be on the bed, the lights are a bit dim so if you want to work typing it's a bit less bright, it seems like there's no car park so if you're riding a go-car it stops on the side of the road which is a bit of a nuisance.

Overall, it's solid, according to the price. Only the internet connection is a little less good. The rest is okay

Even though the place is remote and can't be seen from the side of the road, it's a great place to rest.

The bathroom smell terible. Close the bowl is one way to keep the smell away. I found two cocroaches. It is ' Syariah guest house ' but the lobby is full with smoker/smelly which is terrible. Syariah means smoker also avoided or forbid.
