The staff was very helpful, there were items that were sent to the hotel astray, and the hotel was very helpful and responsive.

The hotel guard is friendly, the room is clean, there is hot water, strategic location. If I go to Semarang again, I will stay here again. Very satisfied. Hopefully the service and cleanliness of the room will be maintained.

When I stayed there, the electricity went out twice while I was sleeping at night. For the hotel guards, they were friendly and ready to help me who didn't know Semarang.

Actually, this is an exclusive boarding house but there are some rooms that are used as hotels (?). When I first arrived, I was confused because there was no receptionist and there were only staff sitting in the back cafe. After filling out the form and paying the deposit, I was then directed to my room. Before arriving, I had requested via WA that I wanted a room on the top floor, then I was really given a room on the top floor and the view was really nice. The room was really spacious and so was the bathroom, too bad there are no photos but basically it's exactly the same as the one in the apk photo (only my one is wider I think). The AC is cold and not noisy, there is a smart TV, and there is also fast wifi. The staff is very helpful because I asked for a change of bedsheets and they changed it immediately. In the room, I got a kettle, 2 cups of water, and coffee and tea. I got toiletries and the towels smelled really good and were really clean. Since staying here, I've wanted to board here too HAHAA. Basically, don't regret it, I'll stay here again later

Clean room, cold AC, large screen Xiaomi Android TV, clean linen with no stains. The downside is there are some mosquitoes in the room and the bathroom exhaust is dead.

What a pleasent stay here 🫶🏽. Super satisfied with the service, affordable hotel but the service is really like a star hotel. The room is small (if I'm not mistaken 12 sqm), but there is still space for prayer. The placement of the bed, storage cabinet, and study table is also right. Even though it's in Semarang, hot water is still provided. In the room there are also kettlejack facilities, get 2 mineral water, glasses, coffee tea, towels, soap and shampoo. Basically a complete package. The location is also good near several malls and stations and around the hotel there are many school snacks because it is close to schools. Will definitely stay back at Torisan Hotel 🫶🏽✨. Oh yeah, I also asked for a personal extension for 8 hours to get a special price that still makes sense and is affordable. Wow, it's really great! Continued success, Torisan Hotel, hopefully the construction of the cafe will be completed soon 😊.

Exclusive boarding house in the city center. Originally I wanted to relax and hang out in the restaurant, but it was under renovation until October '24.

Good experience will go back there again.
