Cleanliness needs improvement

Overall, it was pretty good. Really good value for stay. Amazing view from the 36th floor and quiet. The AC was amazing to have, especially how friggin hot it was when I stayed. The front desk clerk, can’t remember her name, was polite and hospitable and beautiful

Not luxury, not 3 bedroom and not 4 and a half star as advertised. Very disappointing overall. Expedia should not be advertising this property as 4.5 star luxury. On the plus side the kitchen was very well equipped. Sadly everything else fell very short of what was advertised ( oversold ), and what was expected. Were provided a 2 bedroom unit and a non adjoining 1 bedroom unit. Not ideal when travelling with special needs kids and specifically booking a 3 bedroom apartment. There was a third unit sharing the same entrance hall that was occupied to both my units needed to locked for safety and therefore separated them which was not what I expected from booking a 3 bedroom unit. Air con units are very loud. Bathrooms small and showers leak into the bathroom. No washing g machine and no laundry to wash. Only 1 bath towel provided per person even though website stated more. Pool access was extra even though the oool was advertised as a benefit of stating here ( another issue Expedia were contacted about but did not get back to me as they promised they would ). I travel often and stay in apartments often and this was truely very disappointing. Don’t waste your money

Overall a 2 star experience. DO NOT rely on the staff and DO NOT take anything they say seriously. I went back and forth with them a few times about water and toiletries. Expect to buy toiletries and water for yourself, do not rely on staff to get it in a reasonable timeframe. The establishment is much nicer compared to the people working there. Firstly, (not their fault entirely), I booked transportation to the hotel but had to get my own taxi. This is the real kicker, I wanted to trade the transportation for another free water jug, $28 transportation for a 5 gallon jug of water is a very good trade off. I thought I was simplifying things but instead was met with silence and false promises. I do not recommend ordering anything for the room, just go buy necessities from local stores to save you a headache. It can take 2-3 business days for you to receive what you asked for.

It's not family friendly the area is called Red light district. There is a lot of club/Kareoke bar. Very busy at night with clubbing, It's not good for family vacation. Its noisy if we are not in a higher level It's very noisy. It's okay to stay only for few days but not luxurious it's like Motel 6. The view was great but the bathroom sink is clogging it's bot draining properly. The water heater is not hot it's lukewarm and the water pressure is low. The pick up and drop off that we paid for it was late. We didn't have a good experience, We travel abroad every year so this place is okay but I would not book it again if I visit again in the Philippines. I would book a Holiday Inn Express or Marriott Hotel or much better hotel than this one.

Attending a conference in Makati, but chose to stay here for the Bayview. And it was spectacular! The room is spacious and clean. The floor is dusty. There are a number of bars around the building, although it's quiet once I take the lift upstairs. Great value for money!

great view, room well equipped with appliances close to korea town and restaurants. For the price, it is affordable and would stay again.

A private condo, communication with host good, mini bar expensive, room nice, no hot water in shower but I didn’t need it as v humid

Very beautiful stay I had the studio rental for a week & it was amazing. Right in the heart of city everything is directly in front of you, I’ll definitely be renting with this property again.

Cleanliness and staff who welcome us

Reported and still no lightbulb in balcony. Air con was not working properly. Noise from outside due to poor insulation. One of the lift didn’t work for 3 days.

Room is ok. Morning view of sunrise is beautiful. You need to book parking ahead of time if needed.

It did not look anything like the pictures. The pool was a horrible, and you had to pay extra to even use it. The balcony was plastic furniture instead of the nice looking furniture in the picture.
