Accomodation is not that good

Great place to stay and great location. The staff here are very attentive. My host Mel was very helpful and always respond right away to anything i needed.

The place was definitely secure and private especially up on the higher floors. Overall a very good stay. The employees were all very kind. I would definitely stay there again.

Its accesible to nearest mall. Easy check in. The property is very spacious and well maintained.

Everything was great other than the building needs some touch up. Person who checked us in was wonderful and the service.

The property was satisfactory, but I was extremely disappointed due to the power outage throughout the night. Furthermore, someone entered our room without permission, which compromised our safety. The room was unbearably hot, making it impossible for us to sleep. I will not return to this establishment again.

The view of Manila Bay is one of the few things I would recommend about this property. Out of three different rooms I stayed in two of them had roaches and ants especially the last room. Nothing like turning on the lights in the middle of the night and watching the roaches run! Two of the rooms the bed sheets smelled like BO. The door leading to the balcony in the last room had such a gap around it the wind was blowing the curtains and water was coming in at the bottom of the door from the rain. The prices they charge are definitely high for what you get. I would not recommend.

Me and my fiancee were actually really impressed with how good this place was. Clean, professional, cozy and a great view of the city. It’s walking distance from Robinson’s Mall/Center which was is a big plus for me and the future wifey. Also, customer service as well as security were very accommodating and helpful. We will definitely be staying here again in the near future.

お部屋から（バルコニー）の景色は最高です。ダメなところは、連泊でバスタオル・タオル・バスマットの交換が有料、追加のトイレットペーパー有料、無料の水無し。テイッシュペーパー無し。冷蔵庫内の飲み物全てナンバー付きの有料（日本の昔の旅館と同じ）今は日本の旅館でも無くなっている。空の冷蔵庫にするべきである。連泊のお得感が全く無いホテルです。近くにコンビニ、レストラン、マッサージ有ります。

Bugs in the kitchen and broken furnishings.

The price is affordable, the location is excellent, the rooms are spacious and clean. The staff ( Mel) is friendly and accommodating. I would love to come back next time. Because it has its kitchenette, we cooked for breakfast and saved money. I will recommend this Airbnb to my friends and anyone.

Accessible to everything, walkable and safe, my only complain is the rough ramp going to the entrance is a little bit hard to push or wheel the heavy luggage other than that everything is great and the staff are very friendly and nice. Thank you

Great views. It's one of the biggest rooftop pool in the area with great views. The gym and game room was great. We stayed in the superior room which was spacious and had a large king bed, big furnished balcony with amazing manila bayviews. We also visited their luxury condos which have a fully modernized bathroom and tile floors throughout. The roo.s are well maintained for the value you get.

Just wasn’t same as advertised. The staff was great though.

Mel took good care of me when I asked many questions about taxis, restaurants, and entertainment.
