Customer service differs between Thai and foreign customers. For me, as a Thai person, the staff didn't make eye contact during morning checkout, there was a bad smell in the bathroom, the hallway lights were constantly on, and then turned off again when needed. It should clearly state that the bathroom is en-suite; this wasn't the case. Overall, it was quite bad and didn't live up to the description.

This is my second time staying here. The staff are lovely, friendly, and very helpful.

It's like staying in a dormitory with all the necessary facilities and safety. The staff are friendly and I like that there is a common area where I can work and hot and cold water is provided.

Budget price, clean but no towels provided, you have to bring your own. The bunk bed has convenient stairs to climb up, there are curtains that can be closed, and there is a private cabinet for storing belongings. Overall, quite satisfied.

The staff are very caring, have good privacy, and are clean. Everything 230 baht is considered a great value. If you come early, you can sit in the cool air conditioning and wait.
