Perfect location, a little dated as regards to eco friendliness of aircon and appliances, bedroom furniture and yard conditions but all in all a safe place to live and enjoy some privacy 

Spacious 3 star villa in a great location, friendly staff. Guarded village close to Jomtien bus station, western food mart and Jomtien beach.
