I love the aesthetics from this hotel; I’ve got my room on 14th floor, as per requested. I can enjoy the Bukit Bintang view from my room, even though the weather was quite hazy due to open burning from Sumatra. Only the breakfast is more on ala carte side, not buffet style but still a pleasant one. Definitely, I will coming back here in future.

Very pleasant, 2 mins walk to TRX Mall and around 10 mins walk to Pavilion Mall Area!

Really satisfied staying here, definitely will return here when I go to KL next year!

Terrible Soundproofing – Can’t Sleep at All I deeply regret choosing Lloyd’s Hotel KL. There is absolutely zero soundproofing — we could hear every single noise from the street and surrounding rooms. I couldn’t sleep until 5 AM because of the constant noise. The design is also baffling: the bathroom has an open-air garden concept, but no soundproof door, which only makes the noise problem worse. How is anyone supposed to get any rest in a place like this? A good location means nothing if you can’t even sleep. Avoid if you value peace and rest. Ants all over the toilet floor scared the shit out of me.

Hotel quite nice. Upset with the valet parking service. If you drive a low car, they will park your car outside instead of parking in the building.

The location is so strategic! I could walk 600m to the nearest MRT station which is located in Tun Razak Exchange. The staffs were friendly, too. The breakfast food tasted good. The room was cozy and clean. Overall, it was such a pleasant stay.

I just wanna say 1000000000 times thank you to Llyod’s Inn Kuala Lumpur team! 🤩🤩 They listen to my remarks of setting the room to honeymoon vibe as it was a present to my brother-in-law & his wife Got a great feedback from brother-in-law as well! Hope they will do the same for my upcoming booking in November as well for my other brother-in-law for honeymoon present! Overall, just wonderful service from them! 👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻

The staff was friendly. The food was okay. Just the room is not really soundproof. Overall experience okay lah. Not bad for a one-night stay.

The reception girl was so kind for us. She helped us when my son need some rest before the check in time. The location is near with TRX mall, only 5 min walking. There are durians stall near hotel.

I've been upgraded to corner loft unit, it was good, get a corner unit with huge glass window nice view to bukit bintang are. This was my second stay and will choose Lloyd again for the next visit

First time staying here. Didn't expect much because the price was quite cheap. Fact, I was in shock. Since I enter the lobby, everything was just 👌🏻 The interior especially, the aesthetics, the breakfast's laksa. Will come back definitely.

This is my second time staying here. The first time I came with a friend, we luckily got a free room upgrade to the loft room. Maybe it was during the off season. It was spacious, pretty, clean, we loved the breakfast and we loved the social pod, we immediately fell in love with the hotel. This second time I went with my sister, we did not get lucky unfortunately. So if I were to repeat next time, I will definitely get the spacious loft room. The breakfast this time was very delicious too. Also the hotel is located just behind (?) the TRX, we literally just walked there for dinner. For people travelling by public transport, just go inside the TRX mall and you can easily find the MRT station connected with the building. Overall, loved the concept and the atmosphere of the hotel.
