Extended until 3 nights, the guy is fun, understanding, and diligent. The AC is really cold! It's just a shame, at night on the portal huhu So far, everything else is okay ❤️. Will come back here again

The AC is cold, there is a smart TV too, the room is very clean, it is recommended for those who want to stay for 1-2 days.. Unfortunately the staff is not very responsive :( I had trouble lifting my suitcase, he just kept quiet.. But he was quick to respond when I complained about the TV not turning on. I will come back again! 💗🙏🏻

It's always comfortable here because the service is good, you can refill cold, medium, hot water, basically everything is complete.

The check-in process is very easy, the service is friendly and not complicated at all, the room is clean, the ceiling is high so it is not stuffy, recommended for transit or overnight stays.

Not bad, strategically located and the AC is also cool, you can use Netflix but use your own account.

I've stayed here several times, but this is the second time I've gotten the same room and it's not very comfortable. Even though I requested an exception to this room, I still got it here. The room was leaking so it was a bit wet, the pillows were flat. Then suddenly the bathroom light went out (don't know why) so the toilet was dark. For towels, I suggest maybe they could provide a number of guests, because there were two people staying but there was only one towel. Otherwise, it was okay, luckily we could Netflix even though the room was not very comfortable.

The location is in a residential area, so it's pleasantly quiet, without the noise of traffic. Don't arrive after 9 PM or you'll be assigned a room next to the receptionist. For just one night, no soap is provided.

This was my third stay here, and I loved the atmosphere. The staff was friendly, and the room was clean. The sink didn't work, but it was still safe.

This is my second time staying here because the first time was a good experience. However, this time I got a leaky room, both pillows were flat and the blanket was a bit dirty. So to sleep I had to use two pillows stacked because they were so thin. There was a leak of water dripping, I don't know what it was, it was quite annoying because it got wet. Perhaps another drawback was that the bathroom didn't provide tissue and toiletries (shampoo/soap/toothbrush). Otherwise, it was okay, the access and location were also comfortable.

This is my second time staying here when I go to Jakarta. Even though it's located in a housing complex, it's very comfortable. The rooms are very homey, there's a water dispenser on each floor, and there's also a kitchen downstairs. The staff are very friendly and helpful when I complained about the TV remote and AC not working. It's just a shame I got a room upstairs yesterday, the pillows were a bit flat, so it wasn't very comfortable to sleep. The TV is now a smart TV so I feel at home in the room hehe
