Excellent!

The hotel was great. Clean and simple. Just the kind I want on business. For me, I loved the location of right next to the Osaka Castle. If you want to get a run in during your stay, this is the perfect hotel for it.

right next to the castle where we picked up our tour guide. 8 min walk to rail station. biggest bed i have ever slept in.

This hotel is beautiful, clean and in an amazing location. The rooms and amenities are always great at any doubletree but the staff here were truly outstanding.

Was a nice hotel, near the palace. The other main attractions were a train away (train station 7-8 min walk). Super laid back area by the palace and river. Pool was nice, breakfast as well, executive level on top floor had nice options. Liked my stay here overall. Only downside mentions: I stayed on19th floor and my room’s AC was horrendous, hotel had to bring a fan. Made nights hot and uncomfortable, also wife and I could have sworn our king bed was actually a queen but hotel confirmed it was in fact a king. Maybe future guests will see what we mean. Anyways cheers!

Everything was superb - highly recommend

Close to Osaka Castle historic site.

The hotel was neat and clean, and the check-in team were fantastic. However, the food in the restaurant and executive lounge was of poor quality, and the staff in the lounge and restaurant did not address any of our issues.

Very comfortable rooms. Easy walk to Osaka Castle and Park, market vendors across the river, train stations and shopping mall. Very helpful and friendly staff. Breakfast buffet and hotel bar and restaurant top notch!
