Good value, great location

Location was excellent and the suite was a great value. However the bed was awful, especially shared by two people. The mattress was concave inward, so you would roll/slide to the centre from the sides. On our last morning we discovered that the metal bed frame underneath was severely curved/bent inward.

Very central and close to Parliament Hill. Staff were very friendly, rooms were clean, shower was decent, and great ac in rooms, but the beds were awful. My cell phone would slide to middle of bed when laying on it. Very difficult to get a decent sleep on those beds.

Great location, could walk everywhere downtown, very clean, helpful staff, good price.

A small issue with the locking of my door. It's timed to lock automatically after about 30 to 45 seconds. It was inconsistent, sometimes taking several attempts to get it right. This is annoying when you're trying to leave to get somewhere at a particular time and you spend time waiting for it to lock. Relatively minor issue when everything else was great.

Very good value.

Stayed to partake in Canada Day celebrations. Great place to stay and I will be back. I live in Nova Scotia. Such a great idea.
