Quality hotel. Impeccable service with a smile. Views are amazing

Good location overlooking the ocean, and one nice local walks on the hills and along the coast. Service was good, although food options are limited - there is a small cafe in the main hotel and a few smaller cafes within a 5 minute drive. We had the jacuzzi on the roof which was brilliant, the views are amazing. Beds are quite hard, and a bit tough for us to sleep. Kitchen is also super basic with very simple kitchen utensils, so limited ability to cook. It’s about a 45 minute drive to central Fukuoka. Overall a pleasant stay, and great for families.

Facilities are good, but food was below standard and kind of like microwaving their food before serving it.

ホテルの環境や過ごしやすさ・清潔さはとても素晴らしいものでした。また、海のとなりに施設があり、眺めも最高でした！ただ、Wi-Fiが繋がりにくかったので子供達はゲームができずに退屈そうでした。

客室は広く備品は整っており、テラスはオーシャンビューが最高だった。また泊まりたいと思う。

The room (Rooftop jacuzzi suite) are exceptional, which the lock of opening the room also very advanced. The view of the room can see nearby attractions but there is something that need to be noticed: Breakfast need to be pre-order if you want to eat in because you can only order hotdog before 10am.

이토시마를 좋아해서 두번째 방문중에 이토시마숙박을 선택했어요. 한국의 제주도를 닮은 일본입니다. 부산과 바라보는 바다인데도 닮은듯 달라 좋아요. 여기는 선셋레스토랑이 너무 맛있어서 근처에 잡다보니 잡았습니다. 일본이라 믿기힘든 방의 크기가 아주 맘에 듭니다. 스마한 키의 방식도 좋고(키를 들고다니지않아도됩니다) 간단하게 요리를 할 수 있는 시설을 갖추고 있어요. 여기 오기전에 이토사이사이를 들러 장을 보고 오는걸 추천드려요. 이토시마맥주도 꼭 드시구요!

最近すごくリゾートに力を入れ始めているようで楽しみにしていたがそこまででした。 タオルも臭かった。

Overall an excellent hotel, only if the WiFi was not working during nighttime

l hard wear and soft wear are super b, during day time, there are staffs who can speak fluent English. There is a free lockable chain for luggage storage. In-house restaurant serve nice food with reasonable price. The one thing can be better is, there is no room service here. All restaurants in-house or nearby close at 10pm. We have an enjoyable stay.

設計新穎，牀很舒服，房間設備整全，小廚房實用，樣樣一百分。

家電等の使い方がわかりづらかった。 部屋はとても綺麗で楽しめました。

屋上テラスやベランダからの眺めは最高でした！

部屋からの景色もすごく良く、部屋も清潔感があり洗濯機もあるので家族連れには最適でした。ただ一つ、出来ればフローリングだったのでクイックルワイパーがあれば床の髪の毛とかを取ることができたかな！っと。それと近くにコンビニもなく車がないとすごく不便たったとこだけがマイナスでした。
