El desayuno es excelente, el servicio en el lobby espectacular !!!, te ayudan con cualquier duda o necesidad. Hablan muy bien inglés.

Bed was not comfortable, too firm for my preference. The AC took a while to cool the room. Location was convenient as it’s a short walk to shopping and restaurants.

Hotel was gorgeous, rooms were lovely and spacious and staff were so helpful and accommodating.

Room was smaller than expected. No room to walk around in with luggage in the room. Laundry was a charge per item service. Pro was that it was a 5 minute walk from ebisu station

The location is in front of a highway bridge with a lot of cars passing by. Although with the double glazing window not much nuisance. We got a room at floor 10 and out the window there was another building windows so hard to keep the drapes shut. No view which was a bummer. The facilities were all new and the breakfast area was nice. Good quality as well. Staff were super polite and friendly. Would perhaps reconsider staying there next time.

Will definitely come back here and recommend everyone to come here! So clean, convenient, up to date. Housekeeping is so efficient, there’s laundry services and everything in the building was kept nicely.

Fantastic hotel!

Had a great stay at the hotel! Location is amazing, close to the metro, shopping malls and has multiple convenience stores around the area. Room was a bit small but comfortable for single person use, also super clean! Would definitely come back again

The place is clean and nice. Check-in is at the kiosk and there was no fuss. This hotel does not have a public hot bath but the hotel room had an individual bathroom (japanese style) and i loved it. The hotel is in pretty convenient location, walking distance to dotonbori. They gave us a weird gown which was not exactly a pajama and not a yukata either. Had no pants and it was just long button down top which i ended up not using. I wished they had pajamas or yukata like other hotels. Their bed was really hard like it was cardboard box types. I still had hard time sleeping even though i came back to hotel every night dead tired. Ended up having a knot in my back.

アメニティが充実しており、製氷機が無料なのも、自販機価格が適正なのも良かった。レイトチェックインだったが、事前に伝えていたのもありスムーズかつスタッフさんの対応も良く、お部屋も綺麗で大満足でした。タイミングが合えば同じグループのホテルを使いたいと思います。

가족과 3박4일 일정으로 이 곳에서 머물렀습니다. 일단 위치가 혼마치역에서 도보로 5분 이내 정도의 거리라서 접근성이 용이하고, 신축 호텔이라서 내부 시설이나 룸 컨디션이 아주 깔끔하고 좋습니다. 뷰는 건물뷰라서 사실상 없다고 봐야하지만, 저는 휴양지가 아니면 뷰는 별로 상관하지 않는 편이어서 별로 신경 쓰이지 않았습니다. 룸에서 특히 좋았던건 비슷한 가격대의 타 일본 숙소 대비 넓이가 여유로운 편이라서, 일본 여행의 필수품인 대형 캐리어 보관도 용이하며, 화장실 또한 타 일반 호텔들의 비좁은 화장실과는 비교할 수 없을 만큼 좋은 편입니다. 호텔 바로 앞에는 유명한 일본 애니 죠죠팬들에게 성지인 라멘집이 있는데, 항상 웨이팅이 있어서 들어가보지는 못했습니다. 아무튼 전체적으로 가성비가 좋은 호텔이라고 생각하여, 재방문 의사 확실히 있습니다.

職員非常友善，樂於幫助客人。房間整潔，大小也合適。附設自助洗衣房這點對於夏季出遊很有幫助。

設備が新しく、充実していて快適に滞在できました。 特にバスとトイレが別室で区切られており、バスタブが広いので1日の疲れを癒すことができました。

まず、ホテルスタッフの対応が良かった。朝食に大阪名物の串揚げやたこ焼き、肉吸いなども出て、食事も非常に満足。目の前にお洒落な餃子屋さんや、蕎麦屋がある他、道頓堀まで歩いて食事に出てもアメカジショップなどもあり、コンビニも近いし、2日間非常に楽しめました。
