The coffee machine in the room was problematic.

Loved the view overlooking racetrack and watching the horses train

Clean, comfortable, quiet and amenities are awesome.

It was a place to sleep at a good price, but I don ‘t enjoy the Casino gambling ambiance

Power went out twice before I even checked in. The space is massive for no good reason lol I've never been at a front desk where the staff make you feel like you're the to serve them. H Nilofar came out on her phone while we all waited in a massive line for two people to check us in. I presume she was meant to be at the front desk but saw her several times just disappear to the panic of her colleagues. She was incredibly rude and also provided the wrong information for the operating hours of the pool area. That should have been easy, she made me feel like I was a criminal for using debit to hold a deposit after my credit card failed at the desk. It was absolutely painful, every time I was at the desk there was a problem. I've checked into several hotels, it was alarming to see only one of 3 people being truly supportive of their clients and not just their lip gloss.

Not much dining. No much resturant to choose from. Breakfast was ok.

We had an amazing night. The beds are so comfortable. There is a great variety of restaurants inside the casino. No need to go outside hotel to casino is a short indoor walk.

Why do casinos set up their properties so your kids cant even go to the restaurants? Yes, i know, kids dont belong in a casino but all they need to do is put a walkway around the putside of the gambling area. Look at Mohegan and Foxwoods, set it up like that.

I have no complaints. A very pleasant stay. I definitely would stay there again.

Well we went for a cocert which was awesome. WE checked in only to find our room right beside elevator (noisey) full couldn't move rooms Went to dinner it was either 100 per person or fast food we were in hurray so fast food( 45min) Burger was raw no condiments for fries pop mostly soda water was told oh well went to concert had no help finding seats had to guess. Drinks after only good thing so far. Went to breskfast probably one of the worst breakfasts we have ever had.All cold rubber eggs ,no butter for toast, noone checking to see if we were ok, meat was gross will definitely see a concert there but will never stay in their overpriced hotel again

Nice and spacious rooms, we maintained properly, nice casino and lots of dining options

What an amazing stay. I loved my spacious room and the comfy bathrobe. I would definitely stay here again to take advantage of the pool and sauna.

It's new modern and very clean

It was a good stay, loved steam room, hot tub and pool. My room was spacious and comfortable. We had a issue with power and it was promptly taken care of. We asked for different bedding and was brought right away. My only complaint is that I booked my room a week early and not able to see live horse racing. Will stay again, by then the mall across will be done being up-graded eith more fun things.

I like the fact that I only have to go down to the event venue.

No shuttle between noon and 3pm. Nothing close around to walk to.
