Power went out twice before I even checked in. The space is massive for no good reason lol I've never been at a front desk where the staff make you feel like you're the to serve them.
H Nilofar came out on her phone while we all waited in a massive line for two people to check us in. I presume she was meant to be at the front desk but saw her several times just disappear to the panic of her colleagues. She was incredibly rude and also provided the wrong information for the operating hours of the pool area. That should have been easy, she made me feel like I was a criminal for using debit to hold a deposit after my credit card failed at the desk. It was absolutely painful, every time I was at the desk there was a problem. I've checked into several hotels, it was alarming to see only one of 3 people being truly supportive of their clients and not just their lip gloss.
