Great location right around the corner from a shopping center, walking distance to great restaurants and a big mall

Hot water with strong pressure and plenty of closet space and shelf areas.

Nice room with a great window. Very close to the mall and SuperMaxi. The near by park La Carolina is also very close. We have walked it several times and really enjoyed the people and vast food selections. Highly recommend this hotel. Nice breakfast too.

Clean hotel. Friendly, efficient reception. Room did not have a source of heat that I could find and was a bit cool. Right across from a very large shopping mall. Also nearby is the botanical garden but I was unable to visit because they close early at 3:30 pm.

Pasamos 7 noches en este hotel que está muy bien ubicado y en una zona segura. Cerca del gran Centro Comercial Quicentro. El desayuno está incluido y tuvimos un buen servicio. Además, pueden reservar un conductor que estará allí cuando llegue al aeropuerto para llevarlo directamente al hotel y dejarlo en el aeropuerto si pasa todas sus vacaciones en ese hotel. Hay muchos taxis cerca del hotel que te llevarán al lugar que desees. En resumen, fueron atentos y ¡tuvimos una buena estadía!

El staff no es tan amable como se acostumbra encontrar en los hoteles de cualquier categoría de esttella. Especialmente el área de desayunos, el staff poco amable. Usan cubiertos desechables que no ayuda a lo "ecofriendly", entiendo lo usan por pandemia. Se escucha claeamente lo que hacen en el piso de arriba. LIMPIEZA: encontré pelos en la ducha y el lavabo. El sector es excelente.

Me gustó que está justo al frente del Quicentro para poder salir, comer y comprar. Lo malo es que no se pudo dormir a gusto porque hacen mucho ruido. Y el desayuno estaba salado y básico. Personal de cocina poco amables

It was on the back side of a huge shopping center in the city center so it is close to many things and a great park It was quiet. I would be careful walking there at night. I had no problems . It was well lighted up to the hotel but I would be careful going beyond the hotel

The property is well maintained and very clean. The bed is comfortable, the shower works well and the staff was very friendly and helpful. A good, light, cafeteria style breakfast of eggs, sliced cheese & meat, croissant, fruit, juice and hot coffee or tea is complimentary with the room.

Nice, new, clean hotel with a comfortable bed. Surprisingly there was even an iron in the room. Very close to a big shopping mall. The breakfast was fine. The internet worked ok in the room. Just the downside was that it was noisy at night and the toilet had a very slow drainage.

We were pleasantly surprised and well assisted by a caring staff. Location was very convenient for us.

A safe area, taxi everywherever, close to cruzloma. Stayed there for 2 nights, breakfast is good as well.
