My stay was excellent.

Very nice

We stayed here while visiting our son at Fordham University, and the location at the end of Arthur Ave is very convenient. However, the experience was mixed. The staff were unwelcoming, and the lobby had an overpowering smell of disinfectant. The room itself was clean and had a comfortable bed with nice linens, but the air conditioner was extremely loud and made it hard to sleep. While the room includes a full kitchen, oddly, there were no plates or cutlery provided. The trash hadn’t been emptied since the last guest, and I was told that room cleaning only happens every two days and must be specifically requested. It's worth noting this seems to be a hospital-affiliated hotel, which may not suit all travelers. Overall, disappointing service in a location with potential.

I chose this hotel to be near Yankee Stadium which according to the hotels.com site, was a 5 minute drive. Not at all accurate, more like 35 minutes. None of the staff wore uniforms or name tags, not brand ambassadors at all. Room was very clean. Shower temp was backwards, hot was cold, cold was hot. Our keys stopped working on the second day. Went to the front desk to get keys recoded. In front of several other guests front desk rep asked for room number but not for our ID and gave us back activated keys. The area the hotel is in did not feel safe to walk. We live the Yankees but will never stay here again.

I was happy with the breakfast. Eggs were delicious and they had pork alternatives. The coffee was good.

It was a great stay

Property was between hospital, dialysis center and urgent care so if there were medical needs you are set. Neighborhood was a little sketch as the taxi, uber, and hotel staff noted Neighborhood was not safe to walk around. Local deli was great and had all the little things we needed and very friendly. Hotel room was large, but no linen for pull out sofa- had to request it. Shower was lukewarm at best and used washcloths from prior guests were still in bathroom. Access to the front of hotel was pretty loose. Complimentary breakfast was pretty good. Staff was friendly.

I love how nice and clean the property is. The only things negative was the hot water was not hot enough for a shower..

My room didn’t have hot water, the entire stay. I complain to front desk but was told the hotel was fully booked and most of the hotel did not have hot anyway.
