Staff at reception was very rude behavior, will not recommend

Not so happy about service and room wasnt clean.

Very pleased with our stay at Tervis, room was clean, comfy and warm, bed was super comfy, had a great sleep. Breakfast good, didn't get chance to use the pool or gym but looked great too. Will be back soon :)

Good location next to the sea. Walking distance to the city center. Sauna included in the price.

Old school spa hotel surrounded by wonderfull area. Only big downside where the far too soft bed.

I was there for. Wedding and the staff was very rude to both of us. I will never stay there and I have told all my friends to not stay at that place. We had a terrible experience. I have many friends that live there in Estonia.

The hotel was okay. It seems the breakfast area and reception have been recently updated and are well kept. Also, from the pictures on hotels.com, the rooms looked nice and updated. However, I was a bit disappointed. The room I had was clean, but quite dated and worn. The wood on the bathroom door was warping and the seating area was quite dated. Again, it’s a clean hotel, and I’m sure the other rooms are updated. However, I can only review on the room I was given.

Amazing chill out time bith in spa and in the great walks close by. Loved the seaside walk and easy walk to town. Cannot fault my stay.

Normal Spa hotel .There is with parking problems. Personal in reception was in better mood then last time( last visit in July)

Got a parking ticket although i parked on hotel premises; Food was not great, pillow uncomfortable and very cheap phome pillow; simple hotel. Big hotel and difficult to find the room as hotel is a ant maze eith bad signing. Price matching to with what you get.

Staff were friendly and helpful and the place was clean. The rooms are very basic and a little warm and stuffy though when the weather is warm.

We had a beautiful stay at Tervise Medical Spa Hotel this summer. The bedroom had been refurbished recently - it was super cosy, comfortable and all appliances working. No noise whatsoever but a bit hot during summer days. The access to the spa was super easy too. The hotel is only a short walk from the center town (12min), the beach (15min) and the luxuriant park around (5min). The car park was included and the breakfast had a large selection of food which was amazing. All in whole, we recommend!

Hotel is clean, staff friendly and helpful. Walking distance to numerous restaurants and nice beach. WiFi is a little slow at times.

Ganska slitet med stora hela väldigt bra. Frukosten var helt okej men hade kunnat haft fler hälsosamma alternativ och mindre halvfabrikat. Lätt att ta sig fram och göra sig förstådd. Dålig wifisignal på rummen. Endast wifi i receptionsbyggnaden.

Varma dagar. Rummet hade tyvärr ingen AC det är bara vissa premium rum som har det. Ingen hårtork men det kund man tydligen låna i receptionen. Trädgården skulle kunna ha mer växter och fler solstolar. Spat var bra med många bra bastur men poolen var trasig sista dagen. Gymmet stort och bra. Frukostbuffén hade ok med val men lite konstiga pålägg.
