Clean room and close to the Guruvayur temple. The front lobby A/C was switched off and so was hot in the general check-in area. Rooms were comfortable. Hospitality at front desk can improve.

Got room upgraded to deluxe which sounded great. Quick and professional approach at the reception, staff are courteous and friendly .Room is spacious but not very clean , looked like it had been recently renovated , the linen looked like not changed after previous guests, stained pillow cases, requested for it to be changed and was done promptly. They had charged me twice for the room and debited twice from my account . I had to contact the receptionist several times to rectify and get a confirmation from the hotel about the double payment.I’m still waiting for refund . Moreover I noticed on check out that they provide welcome drink to guests on arrival, but we were not given any on our arrival. I will not be going back to this hotel any more.

Fantastic hotel with excitement spacious rooms& wonderfully pleasent staff

I stayed at the Guruvayoor Habitat Suite for two days, and it was a wonderful experience. The staff at the reception were warm, welcoming, and extremely helpful. They greeted us with a welcome drink and made us feel truly valued with their respectful and polite service. I was given a Super Deluxe Room with a beautiful corner view overlooking the temple and railway station. The property,is very well maintained and exceptionally clean. The location is excellent, just a short walk to the Guruvayoor Temple, with an autorickshaw (tuk tuk) and taxi stand right in front. The reception can also help arrange transportation if needed. The Wi-Fi was fast, the TV and all amenities were in great condition. Overall, a highly recommended stay — comfortable, convenient, and truly hospitable!

Disappointing Check-In Experience and Poor Cleanliness Standards Our visit to the hotel for Lord Krishna’s pilgrimage was unfortunately disappointing. The check-in process was slow and disorganized. The staff initially brought up the wrong reservation under a different customer’s name. After that was sorted, I provided my U.S. driver’s license as a form of ID, but they insisted on seeing a visa. As an Indian citizen, I found this confusing—what would have made more sense is simply asking if we were Indian citizens and requesting a passport copy if needed. We had booked two family rooms with two bedrooms each. Upon arrival, we found that the bed linens in both rooms were stained and clearly not clean. We raised this concern multiple times, and although the staff replaced the linens, each new set also had visible stains. When I escalated the issue to the manager, he blamed the laundry vendor. Regardless of the reason, this level of cleanliness was unacceptable and disrupted the comfort of our stay. The towels also had dirty marks, and basic room amenities like conditioner were not provided—we were told they don’t carry it at all. Due to the persistent quality issues and lack of resolution, I decided to check out early instead of extending our stay. Given the spiritual purpose of our visit, we had hoped for a peaceful and pleasant experience. Unfortunately, the hotel's service and cleanliness standards fell short.

The staff were cordial, the property is barely a 1 star leave alone a 4 star. Lots of bugs were crawling all over the property. The bathrooms were unclean and old. The furnitures had stain and there were lizards in the room. Overall a terrible experience.

The couch in our room was noticeably dirty and should have been vacuumed before check-in. The bed was neatly made, but the sheet had a mark that was off-putting. The washrooms were decent but could benefit from more thorough cleaning. Despite these issues, the hotel stood out as a better option compared to others in the area, based on reviews we read before booking.
