I was here for 2 nights n wanted to extend but it decided to move out its full of mosquitoes in the hotel. We have complained many times but nothing has been fixed.

Clean property and staff was courteous and accommodating.

Lovely hotel in a lively area Goa. Hotel staff were very attentive and always making sure we were comfortable during our stay.

Good food. Courteous service at cafeteria, front desk. Did not get hot water. Guests were smoking in next room which had a door connected to ours.

Wood branded property in Centre of Raga everything organised. Decent pricing, clean& hygienic and toiletries.

Amazing staff! So pleasant and very helpful. Well located to walk to the beach and for local shopping and dining.

Great food, breakfast buffet was amazing! Their massage center was top notch, both me and my wife got the 60-min massage twice. Certain staff were not attentive at all. Didn’t get the luggage to room for an hour after 2 calls and had to walk to the front desk to get it. Got a wrong order at the restaurant, forgot wake up call for our 430AM flight leaving Goa, and also messed up final billing. Then the cab we booked through the hotel to the airport was late by 15 minutes. Didn't allow us to enter the pool because my wife didn't have swimming costume, but is something we never were told in advance (we live in the US and are used to wearing whatever is comfortable, and not obscene clothing) and there was no facility onsite to rent costumes. The staff was never able to articulate rules properly and how to work with rules.

Property is located right on the baga beach

This property more than deserves a 5 star rating on service quality. Phenomenal customer experience. Jagruti (property manager) is one of the friendliest and efficient manager i have come across. Area around the propert may not the best but the property itself makes the stay enjoyable and relaxed.

Every Staff is so kind and professional. Swimming pool was so good. Room quality and complimentary was also amazing. I like this hotel more than Baga beach 😅

If you do not go to bed before midnight then this is a good place. It is clean and although the room is a bit small it is adequate. BUT the loud thump thump dance music at the pool does not end until 11 or 12 at night every night which can make sleeping before that time nigh impossible. That kind of ruined it for me.

Amazing place, they really take care of the guests and the property. Will definitely return. Nok especially made my trip memorable. Thank you!
