Our family stayed here for one night before catching an early morning train. The staff was very cooperative and helped arrange a wake-up call so we wouldn’t miss our train. The room was comfortable and the overall atmosphere of the hotel felt calm and organised. It was a simple but pleasant stay.

The room was cool, quiet, and nicely maintained. I ordered tea in the evening and it arrived quickly. Small things like prompt service really improve the overall experience.

It turned out to be a scam. Tried to walk us to another building bc rooms were not available. Very scary and unsafe practice.

Had a very bad experience staying at this hotel, my worst in all my years as Expedia customer customer. The staff was responsive and helpful but I had to deal with a lot of issues with the room.. The air conditioning kept turning off, water was not coming in tap or shower sometimes. Had to call reception multiple times to fix issues in the room. The last day of our stay my wife got food poisoning eating food from their room service, which was the last straw & most serious for us.

Hotel is located in a dark alley. The hotel is not well maintained. Could not get hot water. The bathroom levers were broken. Window would not close. Wry bad customer service. Ended up moving to another hotel the next day.

This is not a 4 star hotel. Cold showers, A/C constantly turns off, WiFi barely works, and the room was not clean upon arrival. The staff is not very friendly either. They will find a way to charge you for something on checkout. Book at your own risk.

Stayed here with my friends for a short weekend trip. The room was spacious enough for all of us, and the beds were comfortable. I forgot my charger at home, and the reception staff arranged one for me temporarily — that was really kind of them. Small things like this matter a lot. Would recommend it!

I arrived early around 9 AM after a long train journey, and the front desk staff helped me with early check-in without any hassle. The room was clean, cozy, and the bed was super comfortable. I especially loved the morning tea they served — it reminded me of home. Definitely coming back!

Tha shower didn't work! The toilet didn't flush! AND, JUST TAKE A LOOK AR THE BED!!!

Clean room with good air conditioning, the staff were very good and helpful.

Room was not clean. Bed had dirty bed sheets. Strong Smell in the bathroom. Dirty floor. Dusty Dirty window. Food provided in a dirty plate / folk. Staff was informed , sheets changed. The next day there was roaches in the room. Staff informed, I was moved to another room.
