Title: Memorable Stay with Exceptional Service Our stay at the Coorg Marriott was nothing short of exceptional. From the moment we checked in, the staff made us feel welcomed and comfortable. We want to extend our heartfelt gratitude to Mark Alvin for organizing a beautiful birthday celebration for my wife, and to the incredible reception staff—Astha, Karan, Lakrani, Umer, Natasha, Harish, Sushmita, and Seema—who ensured a smooth check-in and check-out process. Their warm and courteous service left a lasting impression on us. The resort itself is stunning, offering peaceful surroundings and well-maintained facilities. We thoroughly enjoyed the special attention given to our preferences, including the excellent food and comfortable accommodations. The courteous and attentive staff made every effort to make our stay memorable, and we left with lifelong memories of this beautiful location. This hotel is a slice of paradise in the coorg mountains. I came here with my wife and 2 kids and they enjoyed every bit of it. It is a great place to relax and offers an amazing kids play area. Their spa service and price is very hard to beat. great place to getaway and just unwind.

Everything was good. Access was challenging due to narrow roads and difficult to reach out to front desk if some special requests prior to check in
