We were disappointed about new year party we attended. Next day we got food poisoning. We had upset upset stomach and diarrhea last three days our holiday. We did report it to manager but he didn't take it seriously

Lack of attention to detail. Surprised has 5 star classification! Terrible no flow dining service & setup. Took long time to get basic orders like a beverage. Smell of food in rooms - dining kitchens open design & in the center of hotel. Poorly thought out design & ventilation. Shower constant flooding. Sink in bathroom position too far in. No shower gel in bottle. Fridge / cupboard door trap hand hazard - poor design. Miserly replenishment of basic hot beverage condiments.

Excellent hotel in a very good location

to come to the property is a challenge , specially the auction where you normal would make a U turn if coming from Airport, and thats very dangerous.

Very good property ! Nice staff . Would come back again .
