I called corporate and a young lady called back I explained my experience and how pitiful my 2 night stay was told her I’d like at least 5 days of payment back and I never herd back and never received payment there where roaches the floor was literally greasy and black even showed the woman at the desk on a wash cloth the A/C leaked on floor on the inside trickling on the floor in front of the bed I just drove 12 hrs so I was super tired from trip also the room reaked of cigarette smell this was the worst room I e ever stayed in period

This "hotel" is basically a weekly rental owned by a slum lord, that is taking advantage of lower class people. I had mixed interactions with staff. The guy that inspects rooms is a total jerk. The lady in the office was the only bright side of the stay. They do not clean rooms, "that is your job" they provide 1 roll t.p. and one floor towel...rest is up to you. All utensils provided by YOU. The pictures in the ad are fake, taken from a magazine or images online. Pest control sprays on Wed. each week, that is a plus. No bugs but rooms need updating with newer appliances, at least for people on business trips, not long time living

The photograph illustrating the room condition and layout is misleading. The room where I stayed was far different. Property owner should share real pictures of the accommodation. The property staff were very nice.

The rooms have a weird smell to them. They also have roaches. Contacted the front desk staff and the woman, was not helpful. She stated she would have someone come up to the room, No one ever came. We called almost every very day due to roaches in the beds and couches. The front desk told us they do not have roaches when called and did not offer another room or refund.

I made my reservation through Hotel.com and requested a ground floor due to bad knees ..as it became later (5pm) I called the facility and was told no rooms were available for me, but when i mentioned I'd be in town a month and paying weekly they found one and said to just call the afterhour # on arrival. Long story short, I was told if i paid up front in the morning i could get a monthly discout, then told i couldnt because i didnt pay on arrival..but the worst part was the room was full jf roaches, i complained and they sprayed but it didnt help and seemed worse and the policy refused a refund of any of my money whether I left or not
