Luis was excellent, thank you very much for the great reception.

Our room’s AC was inconsistent and unreliable. Then was the issue with the restroom door not closing and restroom blinds not closing. Besides these physical downsides, the inn is okay for price and location. You will be a 25 minute walk from the center of town. The amenities were average. Overall, I would only recommend this spot if you are looking for a more quiet stay away from the center.

Nicely renovated room with a spacious and well designed layout.

Great value for convenient location near Commercial Street. Rooms are clean and modern. Staff is very friendly and helpful. Walls are thin and you can hear activity/movement in surrounding rooms. I did not like the shower controls, the one in my room was loose and would not stay in the designated temperature setting. I would definitely stay at this location again for the value as competitors on the same street charge much more without offering amenities to justify the higher rate. Well worth the money considering the proximity of popular sites/areas.

Everything you could want in a P-Town hotel. The staff was very accommodating and the property location was close enough and far enough away where we could walk to venues but still feel safe at night. We would definitely stay there again

I’ll start with the pros, the shower had great water pressure! Other than that, the woman at the front desk was not the least bit helpful, however, she did it with a smile. The door was heavy, take your finger off heavy and the room was so small I barely had space to put my bags down.

We stayed 3 nights at The Cape Colony Inn in June. Never stayed before but we would stay again. The room was very pleasant and clean. There is a safe and a fridge and microwave. Breakfast was laid out in the reception area and there were boxes to take it back to the room or to eat outside on the tables (under cover), or there are seats round the fire pit. A choice of muffins, yoghurts, a fresh fruit basket and teas/coffees etc. People used the firepit of a night which was nice to see and there were also BBQ sets at the back on the lawn. There were some games laid out too which people used. We didn’t have time to use the pool but it did look lovely, not a huge pool but there was soft seating, rocking chairs and sunbeds around it. The only thing I didn’t like is that there was a sort of central drive way between the two blocks and the cars are parked diagonally. I found parking a Ford Edge in between 2 SUVs a little challenging, but it may not bother other people. I also think that they say it’s a 10-15 minute walk into town (the pier). We drove in of a night as we estimated the walk to be at least a half hour stroll. Also, there are no pavements.

They went above and beyond to ensure I could get my accommodation when I was running late. The place was clean, spacious, and quiet, and it met all my expectations. Besides that, walking distance to places that I wanted to visit. I would go back any time.

The room was fine, the ac unit was very loud and we did have to carry a big suitcase up a steep flight of stairs. The breakfast was excellent and perfect for us. The staff were super helpful. It was quite a walk to the main shopping area but we did it. The bed was very comfortable and the shower had good water pressure.

Super friendly and helpful staff. Nice and quiet property, a longish but lovely walk to the downtown. Nice sized comfortable room and everything worked as it should. We didn't use the pool, but it looked great. We liked the outside water dispenser as well and the simple but convenient continental breakfast options. Would stay again!

Our room was quite large and roomy, the beds were comfortable, we enjoyed the pool and the bike rentals were a bonus!
