Lot of work going on all night. Couldnt sleep.No water proofing for bathroom doors. Also leaky taps everywhere. Water leaking all over floors all over tiled floor. We all kept slipping. Was absolutely terrible

My stay at this hotel was very enjoyable. I enjoyed the room, service, restaurants, spa and rooftop lounge. I was only there for 2 days but made use of all that the hotel had to offer. Would definitely recommend.

You get the feeling you are not staying in a huge city at all!

When we arrived the hotel staff greeted us and escorted us to our room asking if we needed anything. They made me feel special and allowed us to check in early without a fee. The restaurants are beautiful and again waiters who want to make sure that you are happy. The rooms are beautiful, clean and again secure. The amount of amenities was incredible with fresh water for each guest and a third bottle for tea, to grooming kits and shampoo and conditioner that were of great quality. I love this hotel and again the best trained staff to care about their customers even on exiting they gave us a family send-off. As for the transfer use the hotel they pick you up in style and make you feel like a VIP in a clean update car with water, mints, facial mist and tissue for your use. I love that the driver waited for us and used the information even with a small delay on my part. This is such a relaxing hotel and again you are the guest that is catered and cared about, something I wish others would copy. Also get the breakfast and dinner package the food was delicious, fresh, and high quality. Gorgeous desserts and savory dishes with so much variety for vegan and none vegan.

Great spot .. awesome service !

This is obviously a very new property, which is quite well done. However, the staff are not very helpful or happy so did not make for a great sojourn. They offered us breakfast to go as we had an early departure, however, they had given our breakfast to another room that had left before us in error. They offered us their breakfast, but as we are vegetarian, it was not appropriate. It was a very disappointing end to our stay.
