Decent to good location. A few restaurants 3-5 min walk. Near lots of public transportation. Essy access in and out. It's a bachelor apt.

The hotel and staff was great.

The check-in process was complex, but it all worked well. This is accommodation best suited for longer stays, not a short overnight as i did. That said, it was quiet, and met all my needs including proximity to the airport.

Very bad cleaning. Very dirty floor, lots of dust on the surface. Balcony was incredibly dirty. Excellent wardrobe in the dressing room, luxurious mattress on the bed and pillows, slept like a baby. 100% audibility.

Really nice modern apartment in a nice quiet neighborhood that’s walking distance to a lot of restaurants and attractions. The only confusing part is figuring out how to contact the property management. Just find “babel Botánico” in WhatsApp to connect with them, everything will go smoothly afterwards.

it is a very new building, price probably is still a promotion, nice price it was. Very green around the property, ecopark is nearby. There is no place to wait before or after check in-check out. Getting the key is a little troublesome, the staff is in only between 9 am till 5 p.m. Some improvement would be needed. No answers to the email. With all of that, I would recommend this property.

Short and sweet. The location was excellent for our business trip.

There is nobody around after 5pm to help you. Everything has to be done by text. They have a strange tv system that kept logging you off and not working. They would send text messages with instructions that did not work. I was tired after a long flight and very annoying to be having to be texting and waiting for a response rather than sending someone to fix it. I was given a room with no light so was moved to another room after complaining which was dirty. No toilet paper and I had to wait until the next day to get some as nobody was around to help.

Nicolás the property manager was extremely helpful and nice. The apartment was spotless and clean. Really beautiful minimal space. Incredible balcony with amazing view. Neighborhood is amazing with the best bakery for coffee and medialubyin the morning. The area is one of the best. The only small problem is that Expedia does unit give you the correct whattsapp number to communicate with the manager. Easily solved by googling the info for the other babel hotel in BA. Don’t think twice about booking this apartment.

Everything was great. Things to improve: provide paper towels for guests. Also there was a bad ant problem in the kitchen. Finally the balcony is very dangerous. There is a big hole at the top where someone can fall 8 floors. Or the neighbor can walk over to your balcony. Design flaw in the building.
