Excellent spot for families.

We loved our stay in this funky hotel. We had a family room with four bunk beds. The kids loved it! The rooftop area and pool was so fun!

My family and I enjoyed our time in Portugal. The hotel was very nice and it was very modern/new. The staff were very kind and extremely helpful especially with our airline losing our luggage. What I found strange was that in the shower they had hand soap vs shampoo/body wash. I asked the staff and they said that they don’t provide it. Overall I definitely recommend and I would come here for sure.

Excellent for families

Bohemian, artsy, inclusive, stylized. As I shared pictures with friends, they wanted to know the name and address of the Jam Hotel to put it on their bucket list. Omg!!! The bacon and onion pizza at the rooftop pool and bar was perfect!!! I wish we stayed longer

JAM hotel is great! Aesthetically it’s so different but cool. My kids loved it.

This hotel os great, the location is perfect for getting around Lisbon. The rooms are a great size and the beds are comfy.

Informed about no breakfast after checking in (one of the main reasons we booked was for breakfast so that we can attend conference and my son can stay in hotel for breakfast) No mirrors in the room, one in bathroom can’t be used when being used) No TV

Great shower and room set up (the big family room). Air con was working which was great. Beds were comfy. Happy to have lights and usb sockets for each bed. The hot and cold water with teas and coffees were great. You get milk from reception. The pool area was nice. Its not a swimming pool, more a massive hot tub. But still plenty of seating and a good view. Would have loved a shelf or two in the bathroom
