Beautiful hotel and service was amazing

The service is amazing. The food is delicious, and the place is beautiful!

Excellent service, nice touches like your slippers set out next to your bed on turn down, little munchable treats for bedtime. Amenities included down by the spa at no extra charge- 2 saunas , rainforest shower and the indoor pool. An incredible breakfast included, one of the coolest two pools out there! The floor of the outdoor pool is glass so you are looking down on the indoor pool.

Everything was first class!! One of the best hotels I have ever stayed at!! The staff was awesome!!

The hotel was lovely. Well appointed rooms, beautiful public spaces and the location was perfect. Excellent breakfast included. The spa was a great way to pamper ourselves after a long day of sightseeing and a lot of walking. The staff was so helpful in recommending things to do during our too short stay. Would highly recommend staying here during your visit to beautiful Aveiro.

A beautiful hotel in an excellent location. The staff was friendly and efficient. It was clean and convenient for our two-day stay in Aveiro. The only improvement would be to somehow reconfigure the bathroom, which was uncomfortably small (kind of had to squeeze in and be careful how one moved about in there). We only had breakfast in the restaurant, but they seemed to be trying too hard for their Michelin guide inclusion (for example, the avocado toast ordered for breakfast was just a little too weird to eat, but otherwise the buffet items were really quite good).

Excellent hotel. The staff are excellent, thank you Sofia for all of your help. The rooms are impeccable. I would strongly recommend eating at the in house restaurant. The 2 star Michelin Chef is great. The hotel went out of their way to celebrate my wife’s birthday while we were there. The hotel is located close to just about everything. I would also highly recommend visiting the Porcelain & Ceramic Museum in Vista Allegre. It is a 10 minute cab ride away

Beautiful hotel with a lovely friendly service

This was a beautiful hotel with comfortable rooms, attentive service and located within walking distance of all the sights we wanted to see. The assistance we received with parking our car was very appreciated and started off our stay in the perfect way. Beds were comfortable and rooms were luxurious. Would love to return and stay longer.

Felt like a hidden oasis in a charming town with excellent and very attentive staff and impeccable facilities including outdoor terrace and pool. Will absolutely return.

The hotel staff were very helpful and offered recommendations and made restaurant reservations for us. The spa was lovely and I had a great massage. The gal didn't speak English and I don't speak Portuguese (sorry!), but we made it work. The hotel breakfast was soooo good. The property overall was very nice and it is steps away from restaurants and shopping, but very quiet.
