The hotel is new and excellent The rooftop outdoor spa is fantastic. The breakfast by 9 am was mostly cold and incomplerte. Im sure it is great if you arrive early .Frei dly and helpful staff tĥroughout

I loved this hotel. The pajamas were amazing, and I looked online to see if I could buy them because I wanted to keep them, but I didn't find any info. The property is extremely beautiful and modern, and visually, it was a WOW! The hotel room was also a WOW! Hirakata was an ok town, but we were there to visit our son, and the location worked out well because it was maybe a 20 minute walk to his university, AND we were really close to the train station...which made it super easy to hop on a train and go to Kyoto or Osaka. I would recommend this hotel to anyone traveling in the Kansai region. It was lovely!

Great services and the room had a great view. The pijamas were so comfortable and look good also. Staff was always ready to help us.

洗面所の所にコンセントがなく欲しかった

近場からの、電車でひらパー訪問のため一泊利用させて頂きました。駅直結。しかも改札出た所からホテルへの

一部のスタッフの対応が不愉快だった。

とても綺麗なホテルで大浴場も良かった

ベッドの硬さはちょうど良く、少し硬めなので、柔らかいベッドが苦手な方にもぴったりだと思います。

まず、看板も無くホテルの入口が分からない！部屋は、夜景キレイ〜と窓に近寄ると下に目立つ髪の毛。一気に不快。軽食どころか飲み物の自販機すら1つも無い！近くのコンビニも早く閉まる！クタクタで到着してこれは苦痛。部屋のライトが暗くて朝でも鏡が使えない。ガラス張りのお風呂は、連れが入っている間トイレも洗面所も出口も行けない。しかもロールカーテンにかなりの隙間があってあんなの入れない。なぜ全部屋ガラス張りなのか... 朝食の種類は多く無く味は普通。コーンスープの酸味が強く不味かった...。お粥も、中華粥なのが微妙で普通がいい。お値段考えると不満足。お部屋、大浴場、朝食所の景色がステキなホテルでした。

枕やベッドや布団等の寝具がかなり良かったです。
