Very economical hotel. Room was relatively spacious (compared to Tokyo), clean, and there is lots of free parking. There aren't very many reasons to come here as an overseas traveller but this is a decent option if you are passing through and it punches well above its price in terms of delivery. Small quibble, arrived a couple of hours early and asked if my room was available -- was told I _could_ check in early but I would be charged for each hour early. It's only a favour if it is available, but I think the deal generally is pay for a guarantee, but if a guest is a little early and the room has been cleaned, you check them in.

The room was emasculate, the staff was amazing, and the location was perfect for what we needed. I would stay here again for sure!

Hotel amenities included the quintessential Japanese Bath which Guest could use for Free. Breakfast Spread had good variety of Japanese and Western. Overall has a enjoyable experience and it was a good deal.

Great new hotel with good facilities and reasonable cost.

Good sized room. Located about 1 km from the train station so you’ll need to catch a bus as the road is partly up a steep winding hill. Lots of parking if you have a car. Washing facilities and Onsen bath available.

駐車場が多くて停めるのに困らなかった。

冷蔵庫・冷凍庫が機能していなかった。特に冷蔵庫はキムチっぽいにおいがしていた。

客室も大浴場も広くて綺麗でした

ルートインは大浴場があるのでゆっくり休めます。 沼田には夕食時に飲み放題があり、とてもリーズナブルです。 朝食にはモツ煮があり美味しかったです。他のルートインよりも朝食のメニューは多いと思いました。 また利用したいと思います。

立地柄、スキーの移動で利用。チェックインも3時と早くきれいな大浴場も良かった。部屋も揃っていて快適

お部屋がきれいでした。 ただ、洗面台の鑑が湯気で曇って髭剃りがしずらかったです。

朝食も豊富、きれいで満足しました。
