The room I booked didn't match the one listed on the app. The service was terrible, with no solution to my complaint. If I'd known this would happen, I wouldn't have stayed for two nights. I've already made a huge loss by booking here. The water suddenly went out in the middle of the night, and to this day, the hotel has not provided any solution.

Comfortable and clean, the room is cool too

The room was dirty and smelled awful, and the staff didn't respond to phone calls or WhatsApp calls at all. It was a shame that the room was nice but not maintained, it didn't even look like it was swept. The mattress and pillows smelled like someone else's body odor. We had to clean the room ourselves to keep it from smelling so bad, and we even had to buy our own air freshener.

The Wi-Fi keeps disconnecting and connecting. I can't connect in the middle of the night. I've been given free drinking water.

The service at the cafe and restaurant is good, but the security is bad. Actually the facilities are complete and adequate, but when I woke up in the morning suddenly the water was off. I have reported it many times but it was not immediately fixed until I checked out of the room there was still no water. Really disappointing.

The fried rice was delicious. They forgot to give me water and soap on the 2nd day.

The best place to stay for me, with affordable price, close airport access to find food and the market area is also close, so far excellent and if I'm back again to Jakarta I must be back here!

Clean room, AC & hot water works well. Clean bed & bedsheet. Apartment type, polite & helpful staff, also escorted to the room because if you check in you have to go to Barata Cafe which is quite far from the apartment. There are many places to eat around. Barata Cafe is also open 24 hours. Suitable for those who are in transit to the airport. The distance to Soetta is close.
