PROPERTY SEEN NICE IN THE LOBBY BUT ELELVATORS WERE BROKE. FIRST ROOM INFESTED WITH OVER 42 FLIES DEAD AND ALIVE. WAS SWITCHED TO ANOTHER ROOM BUT DID NOT SLEEP. OTHER ROOM I HAD BOOKED COULD HEAR WHAT THEY TOLD THE KIDS WAS SOMEONE CLAPPING ALL NIGHT.

This is a quiet area and a nice facility. The room was clean, the breakfast was well prepared and the staff was friendly and helpful.

Rooms and lobby were clean. The area is sketchy. Lot's of trash, loitering. I was happy there was night security and gates. Not sonething I would feel confortable referring. It is a shame because the hotel was great, location was not good

This property is a hidden gym in the middle of a very unkempt Area. The roadways are horrible, there’s very few amenities in the area, there was essentially no staff visible to assist, and the expectation appeared to be to do everything remotely by Internet. The room was comfortable and clean, but had no refrigerator or microwave. The shower was awesome with adequate water pressure, the self dispensers were fine. The CIty Of Memphis would do well to improve the roads around this property and the hotel company should add visible personnel to make the experience more practical. It would also be great if amenities like the pool didn’t close at 8 PM.

I've been to this property on several occasions, and they never cease to amazement.How hospitable they are and how nice the rooms are. Cold rooms and hot water for showers.

Staff was amazing in my time of emergency. This is not my first time staying here and definitely won't be my last.

Hotel has the wow factor upon entering. Otherwise, lots of chipping paint, banged up elevators. Room large but felt unclean as did breakfast room. Sat outside to dine and plastic silverware sat in same place following morning. Staff nice enough but wouldn’t stay again.

Great hotel. Very clean and comfortable. You do most everything via your phone or computer but they do have a kiosk in lobby to check in if needed and there was friendly staff present.

Staff was curteous and friendly food was good overall stay was pleasant

2 of the 3 elevators were not working. The second night we were there the A/C quit working. The restaurant was Italian and very limited. The staff was nice and the hotel was clean but very basic and nothing stood out tto make us want to come back.

Disappointed in check-in. Apparently this is a “virtual hotel” and when I tried to just do a regular check in with the only human I could (eventually) find, she condescendingly, walked me through a self check in on a kiosk. The property is trying to be a four-star hotel that’s old and neglected. I wish I would’ve done deeper into the reviews before staying here thank God it’s just for one night- a stop over.

There was only one elevator working and it took a long time. It made squeaking noises and was too crowded. I didn’t like the smell in the lobby it smelled old and like mothballs.

Very bad experience. Non stop reminders for days to check in online, even after updating the receptionist that I will be checking in on arrival. Weird smell outside the entrance. No help from the receptionist for checking in, everything is self service, while the hotel staff just stands there and does nothing. Worn out furniture. Broken toilet seat. Bad breakfast experience, super small plates were provided to have breakfast, with water from dish washer still in them. They didn’t even care to dry them.

Staff was great
