The location is okay, close to everything. The amenities are also standard for the price. However, when we arrived, the sheets were already yellowish-white, very dull, and it looked like they were old. They probably needed replacing. Other than that, it was okay, overall good. It would have been an 8.5/10 if the sheets weren't so yellow.

This is my first time staying here, usually at Ustay Style Batik. (+) 1. CI/CO is hassle-free. 2. Fast WiFi. 3. Close to everywhere, great. 4. TV works. 5. AC is super cold. 6. Friendly staff. (-) 1. The sheets and pillows are all yellow. 2. The towels smell really bad :((( 3. The bathroom is yellow, mossy and a little slippery. 4. When you first enter the room, the water in the sink is milky white, and after a long wait, it doesn't clear. Asking to move rooms is a hassle. Everything happens with the shower. 5. The toilet bidet is broken, and it makes a strange noise when pressed. By the way, there's a deposit, just like at Ustay Style Batik: IDR 100,000 or you can leave your ID card.

Very comfortable, great facilities, clean. Although when I stayed on the 5th floor, there were already people working in the morning, banging on the walls. The rest was good 😉

I booked a room five days in advance and was notified that I would be given a smoking room. When I arrived, I was told I couldn't get a smoking room and was told it was full. They clearly prioritized customers who had booked well in advance, but instead, they gave me a room that had just booked that day. Improve your service to maintain customer trust.

There is no water dispenser on each floor, no kettle, the pillowcases are dull and the room is cramped, the bathroom drain is not smooth so the water stagnates, the AC is not cold enough (room 308). Please consider providing a water dispenser on each floor.

The AC is cold and the room is clean, it's perfect for staying a few days here.

For a 2-star hotel, this is top notch. The cleanliness is good (although there are some stains on the mattress and fine dust on the headboard, but it's fine). The hot water is great, the shower looks a bit like it's going to fall off in room 303, maybe it can be fixed. The bathroom floor is okay (a bit slippery on the toilet floor). The TV isn't a smart TV yet so watching TV is normal, the AC is cold, it's great, for a 2-star hotel this is top notch, I'll come back again

buat saya lokasi strategis,belum ada breakfast. kamar saya sebelahan Persis sama proyek pembangunan bangunan baru,pas tidur siang berisik sekali,showernya patah,shower head sudah karatan,handuk ada karatannya atau bekas noda yang tidak hilang,airnya kadang panas kadang dingin walaupun sudah dibikin full krannya buat panas tapi tetep dingin,enggak ada fasilitas sikat gigi+odol cuma ada shower gel+ shampo. kamar nomor 201. padahal sudah request high floor. chanel tvnya luar negri semua lokalnya sedikit. sebagai orang hospitality menurut saya perlu diperbaiki lagi. kalau service sudah excelent. maaf gak foto ruangnnya udah dongkol dapet kamar kayak GTU,mau minta pindah badan udah capek dijalan. jadi langsung di buat tdur.

I'm so happy to be able to stay here again on vacation. It never disappoints me and my family. I often come here for recreation at Ancol. The place is clean, with a clean swimming pool, and the water is always drained.

The power outlet seems a bit loose, when charging it is a bit difficult to get the electricity in. Changes, otherwise ok.
