Nice room, quite comfortable. Cold AC, location is also not noisy. Unfortunately the parking lot is not spacious. The receptionist is also quite helpful. The bathroom has hot water too. The price is very cheap for a hotel. It's great.

7/10 Well, yes. The location of the inn is quite strategic. However, the facilities in the room are not very supportive, such as linen with lots of stains, broken bathroom door handles & drawers, dull and stained walls, musty towels and minimal lighting, and the TV remote is not good so it is difficult to turn on the TV / change channels. For cleanliness, it is quite good.

Dirty, used bed sheets haven't been changed, smelly, uncomfortable pillows, walls badly need to be renovated, there are cockroaches in the bathroom, I thought Urbanview was a new building but it turns out to be 😌.
