Bad experience staying at Hotel Solaris. The photos shown do not match the reality, especially the bathroom, it is not at all like the photo. Unfortunately we forgot to take a photo at that time so that other guests would not be deceived. The actual bathroom there was very dirty, dirty, crusty, the shower water did not flow. Because it was already night, we could only resign ourselves to sleeping there.

The room is very spacious, comfortable and clean.

The room was comfortable enough for a quick rest, but the bathroom wasn't very clean, and there was no kettle for boiling water. Hopefully, things will improve in the future.

friendly & helpful for any situation needed

The first time I arrived, I was told that there was no room booking under my name, so I ended up waiting for a while, and got a room on the ground floor, the room was dirty, the walls were full of graffiti, as if it hadn't been maintained, the bathroom was also dirty, the floor was yellow, and the toilet too. The only advantage is that it's close to Malioboro.

The bathroom is clean, soap, towels, toothbrushes are provided, the AC is cold, the TV works well, there are mirrors, drinking water, tea, coffee, sugar are provided, the mattress is clean, there are clothes hangers, the hot water works, even though from the front it looks less convincing, but the inside is very comfortable, especially if you get a cheap price during the long weekend, great👍

Although the first impression of seeing the hotel was a bit worrying, but the room was neat and clean, only the parking area was far away. Wanting to walk around everywhere was a bit tiring too 🤭
