Check in around 10pm, waited a while for the door to be opened. The first room had a dead TV, and was immediately given a replacement room. The AC was not cold enough. The owner and staff are very friendly and helpful if there are any problems. The location is strategic in the middle of a busy housing complex. Awesome!

Decided to extend 1 night because of the need for proper packing + recovering energy because it would be a long journey of 10 hours non-stop driving. Across the homestay there is penyetan for 8 thousand rupiahs with more side dishes than rice. The cleanliness is cool.

The room is clean, sheets, towels are also clean. The room is comfortable, good quality mattress, cold AC, TV + refrigerator function normally, there is hot water for bathing, clean bathroom. There is a cupboard, lounge chair, small clothesline and mini kitchen set which is very helpful for storing food and drinks. Overall very satisfied. Parking is also quite spacious, safe, very friendly service. Strategic location and lots of food around the homestay.

I really like staying here, the rooms are spacious, clean, the location is strategic, near Alfamidi and BCA Mandiri or BRI ATMs, it's easy to find food, lots of people selling it, the father is very friendly, the only downside is the parking area, if you bring a car, the parking is outside the fence but it's safe. because of the influx of housing and local residents like to park in front of their houses, if you bring a motorbike the parking is safe. Next time I go to Sidoarjo, I want to stay here again hehe.
