Spacious unit and beautiful grounds/waterview. Room cleanliness and Details could be attended to more. Noisy at night as parties around the harbor village went on way past 10:00pm.

Decent property but not worth the price. Wasn’t very clean. Limited activities. Things close too early. Staff rude. Stayed there hoping for a better experience. Will not return.

Let me start by highlighting the positives. The villas are very nice and spacious, and the staff at the front desk, as well as the doormen, were consistently polite and welcoming. However, there were a few things that were disappointing. The villa was not as clean as expected — the bathroom had some mold, and the floors felt a bit dirty. Additionally, I had an unpleasant experience with a woman at the café in the main building. I’m not sure if she was a manager, but she was rude and condescending, which left a bad impression. For the price, I expected a higher standard overall — especially in terms of cleanliness and customer service.

It was a beautiful place to Vacation. Did some fishing and had a great catch. Very relaxing and enjoying the Sun the Lagoon was very pretty too!

I have been going to Hawk’s Cay since the year is opened 40+ years ago. I have been on the property over a dozen times. This past trip, we stayed in the Villas and had no water and had bugs in the room, which is unacceptable for what we are paying for, let alone in any hotel room. I will be contacting the resort with my complaints immediately to alert them of the issues.

We truly enjoyed our stay at the property. The main hotel was beautifully decorated, and the food at both restaurants was excellent. The staff was kind and friendly. However, we stayed in the “Sunset Villas,” and unfortunately, the unit we were in was not in the best condition and felt extremely outdated. The bathtub was partially clogged, causing the water to drain slowly. Additionally, everything was quite dusty, and the carpet on the stairs was stained.

Overall pools were great as was the location. Staff were friendly and it was very good for kids. Children’s area was fun for kids but very run down. I believe they are replacing the splash pad soon so this may improve. I was disappointed in the quality of the room. Our unit had cracked furniture with many water stains. The carpet was pulling up and there were insufficient pots and pans for cooking.

Rooms are outdated, the pool/lagoon area is very crowded and loud as well as the breakfast cafe. If you are looking for a quiet place to relax, this is not the one.

We stayed in a Villa and experienced construction outside the entire duration of the stay. Tons of noise. So every time we tried to use the decks we had to come in. Also there were no pool chairs by 10am. And no one would help. Just- oh well, it’s trust come first serve.
